What can you expect if you go on a trip to: Sevilla, Jerez and Tarifa?

I guess few shots can give you a better idea of whats coming up.

Sevilla is a Very Special Place

And dont take my word for it.

Just look at it:

And life in Sevilla, happens in the streets.

Particularly in places like this:

And doing things like this

Exploring Jerez

I have two very good friends in Jerez and its a mandatory stop whenever I go to Cadiz.

OK, I meant three friends in Jerez

Jerez is in Cadiz, one of my favourite regions in Spain as we can say it has it all.

Jerez has something magic at night

I mean: a cool city to explore, fantastic light, ocean & sea, plus mountains.

Also horses are very typical in this region, you can find them along the way

And when the hunger will say hello. You will find really traditional restaurants:

But its not all about enjoying tasty food.

There are also cool murals (near Jerez train station):

And also near the station, some contrasts after being in Albania recently.

War.

Lets see some action.

Hiking at

The place is located near a small town called Zahara.

If you want to do it properly, you should ask permission to do the route via internet:

These birds were making interesting aerodinamical noise when getting up to speed on their way down.

Surfing in Tarifa

If you ever go to Cadiz (and you dont mind the wind)…

You need to see this town, Tarifa.

This is where the Athlantic ocean and the Mediterranean sea kiss each other:

If you have ever tried WakeBoard, you need to try KiteSurf in Tarifa

If you do, this will follow:

You will need to learn how to control the Kite first.

And then you can jump to the water with it.

Try to feel the Kite and dont pull sharply or you will fly…or…maybe yeah, pull?

About This Journey

Quoating a sentence that I heard during this trip:

“What we fear the most is usually what we need to do”

TIPS

Be careful with data roaming near tarifa, as it might catch it from Morocco.

If that happens you will probably receive and interesting bill next month (this happened to me, be smarter)

Or…you could be prepared with an esim with international plan:

  • I’ve used Airalo esim and we can both get 3$ discount if you use my referal: JESUS4593
  • You can also buy vodafone sims in the airport, more gb (that you probably wont use) and more price ~29 eur

How to get diving lessons in Tarifa.

You can check prices at groupon and do it for ~20 euros (initiation class).

  3. Fideua con arroz y pollo
  4. Albondigas de chocoas y gambas
  5. Tortilla clasica
